For the first time, I am offering a level 1 AND a level 2 series. These are both 6 week in-person movement class series designed to uncover everyday compensations and create new movement patterns.
Level 1 RYC® Series: Thursdays March 6-April 10 from 6:30-7:30 pm (EST) at Whole Health Chiropractic Center (206 E 5th Ave, Warren, PA)!
Level 2 RYC® Series: Thursdays May 1-June 5 from 6:30-7:30 pm (EST) at Whole Health Chiropractic Center (206 E 5th Ave, Warren, PA)! The level 1 series with Natalie, or the equivalent of having completed the first 6 weeks of the online program with Lauren Ohayon, is a pre-requisite for this live class.
Included in the cost of the class series are: a recording of the live class (access for 1 week) to practice, 3-4 individual short exercise videos to practice throughout the week (forever access), and access to a pelvic floor therapist (me!) for questions.
Cost for each 6 week series is $210 (due by the first day of class). There is a discount of $20 for signing up for both level 1 and level 2 series ($400 total). Space is limited to 8-9 students per series.

About the teacher: Natalie Gaskin is a pelvic floor occupational therapist located in Warren, PA. After completing her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy in Boston, MA in 2017, Natalie worked primarily with older adults in the SNF and home health settings first in MA, and then in PA after moving to Warren in 2018. During pregnancy and following the birth of her daughter, Natalie began experiencing her own pelvic floor issues, which led her to discover and fall in love with the field of pelvic floor therapy! Natalie completed the training and became a certified Restore Your Core® teacher with Lauren Ohayon in 2022 and has been teaching classes at Whole Health Chiropractic in Warren and online since then, as well as working with 1:1 pelvic floor therapy clients in her private practice, Floorwise Pelvic Therapy & Wellness. Natalie LOVES the RYC® movement method for creating balance in the body and restoring a reflexive, dynamic, responsive core and pelvic floor for better overall health as well as for decreased pelvic floor dysfunction, and she used RYC® herself to heal her own diastasis recti and recover postpartum.

Well & Wild Child Mama-Birds & Hatchlings Educational Series
Mama-birds is an educational series intended for mothers and infants ages 0-12 months, hosted by Jenna Miller (a nature-based occupational therapist serving the Jamestown, NY area). This 5-week mama-birds series will focus on teaching moms practical strategies and confidence for supporting the development of their baby at their current age/stage, parenting through co-regulation and connection, educating mom in guest-expert areas of lactation/feeding, pelvic floor and postpartum, mental health support, and providing a sense of community in person. Dr. Natalie of Floorwise Pelvic Therapy & Wellness will be the guest speaker for this event. Dates for this program are April 25, May 2, May 9, May 16, and May 23 from 4-5:15 pm in Jamestown, NY.
