New Year 6 Weeks Session of Restore Your Core®!

Restore Your Core (RYC®) is a whole-body method to retrain the deep core and pelvic floor muscles to be functional, reflexive, responsive, and supportive in our everyday lives. 

  • Gain core strength and confidence

  • Help diastasis recti (abdominal separation)

  • Reduce leakage (incontinence)

  • Improve prolapse symptoms

  • Decrease back pain

  • Reconnect to your core and pelvic floor postpartum

Join me in my 6 week in-person movement class series to uncover everyday compensations and create new movement patterns. 

6 Thursdays from Jan 22-Feb 26, 2026 from 6:30-7:30 pm (EST) at Whole Health Chiropractic Center (206 E 5th Ave, Warren, PA) for $210 total (due by the first session)! Weekly live class, and you will also receive a recording of class for 1 week to practice, 3-4 individual short exercises to practice throughout the week, and access to a pelvic floor therapist (me!) for questions.
