Join me in my 6 week in-person movement class series to uncover everyday compensations and create new movement patterns.
6 Thursdays from June 19-July 24, 2025 from 6:30-7:30 pm (EST) at Whole Health Chiropractic Center (206 E 5th Ave, Warren, PA) for $210 total (due by the first session)! Weekly live class, and you will also receive a recording of class for 1 week to practice, 3-4 individual short exercises to practice throughout the week, and access to a pelvic floor therapist (me!) for questions.
